1. Services
Amiville Marketing provides digital marketing services including web design, Google Ads management and SEO. Specific deliverables and timelines will be set in writing for each project.
2. Fees & Payment
Fees are set per engagement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Ongoing services are billed monthly. Ad spend (for Google Ads etc.) is billed directly to the client and is separate from management fees.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations for monthly services require 30 days' notice. One-off projects may have different refund terms described in the project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Deliverables are owned by the client once final payment is received, except where third-party licences apply. Amiville retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amiville Marketing's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
