My Story

I Got Tired of Watching Great Businesses Fail at Marketing.

So I built Amiville to be the answer to a problem I kept seeing everywhere.

I've always been fascinated by what makes businesses grow. Not in a textbook way — in the "why does this clinic in Westlands have a queue out the door while the better one three streets away is empty?" kind of way.

The answer I kept finding was almost always the same: marketing. Specifically, the absence of any marketing that actually connected with buyers. Or worse — money being spent on agencies that delivered beautiful monthly reports filled with impressions and reach, while the client's phone sat completely silent.

"I sat with dental doctors in Thika, law firm partners in the CBD, real estate developers in Karen — all brilliant at what they did. All invisible on Google. All frustrated."

The Problem I Kept Seeing

The pattern repeated itself without exception. Great business. Invisible online. Frustrated owner who had tried Facebook Ads, hired a social media manager, maybe even paid a big agency — and had nothing real to show for it. No leads. No measurable growth. Just expensive dashboards with impressive-sounding numbers that paid no one's rent.

Why I Built Amiville

I built Amiville around one obsession: your revenue. Not your reach. Not your follower count. Not your "brand awareness." Actual paying customers — people calling your number, booking your appointments, walking into your clinic.

The name Amiville represents a place of ambition. Where your business goals are not vague dreams but engineered systems — measurable, repeatable, and built around how Nairobi buyers actually think and search. I didn't take a Western marketing template and add a Kenyan flag to it. I built strategies from the ground up, observing how Nairobi buyers behave, what they type into Google, what trust signals move them, and what friction stops them from calling.

What I Learned Building for 20+ Nairobi Businesses

Every business I have worked with in Nairobi has taught me something. I learned that a dental patient in Thika searches differently from one in Kilimani. That "painless" in a headline drops bounce rates measurably. That showing prices upfront — counterintuitive as it feels — increases bookings because it eliminates the anxiety of not knowing what you'll be asked to pay. That a WhatsApp button converts better than any contact form in Kenya because our market communicates on WhatsApp, not email.

These are not theories I read in a book. They are patterns I observed doing the work, running the campaigns, looking at the data, and having the honest conversations with business owners about what moved the needle and what didn't.

The Human Side

When I'm not building marketing strategies, I'm hunting for Nairobi's best coffee — currently obsessed with a spot in Kilimani I'm not ready to share publicly yet. I read obsessively about human psychology and decision-making, which directly informs how I write copy and structure landing pages. And I believe deeply that business is a fundamentally human enterprise. Every click represents a real person with a real problem, and every strategy I build is designed with that person in mind.

That is why I work with you directly. No account managers between us. No junior staff handling your campaigns while I'm on to the next sale. Just me, invested in your growth the same way I'd invest in my own business.

How I Work

Principles I Refuse to Compromise On.

If you want an agency that hides behind reach numbers and calls it a win — I'm genuinely not the right fit. But if you want a partner obsessed with your actual revenue, these are the rules I operate by.

Work With Daniel
01
"If it's not bringing leads, it's not marketing."
A beautiful dashboard with zero customers is expensive decoration. Every single thing I do is measured against one metric: qualified leads generated for your business. Nothing else gets celebrated as a win in my world.
02
"I'd rather lose a client than give bad advice."
If I audit your business and Google Ads won't work for your situation right now, I'll tell you. Directly. No upsells you don't need. No work taken just to issue an invoice. My long-term reputation in Nairobi matters more than any short-term retainer.
03
"Every shilling must trace back to a customer."
I track every lead, every call, every WhatsApp message, every booking. You see the exact revenue your marketing produced — not impressions, not reach, not "brand awareness" you can't pay your staff with. Real numbers, every week.
04
"Kenya is not London. I build for Nairobi."
Western marketing templates don't work in Kenya without significant adaptation. I know which Nairobi neighbourhoods convert differently, what trust signals Kenyan buyers need, and how WhatsApp changes the entire funnel. That context changes everything.
The Journey

How I Got Here

From curiosity about what makes businesses grow to building a system that delivers real, measurable results for Nairobi businesses every month.

A
The ObservationStarted noticing the gap between how good Nairobi businesses were at what they did — and how invisible they were online. Most had zero Google presence, basic or no websites, and no idea they were losing customers daily to competitors who simply showed up online.
B
Learning the SystemWent deep on Google Ads, SEO, conversion rate optimisation, and user psychology — not from textbooks, but from running real campaigns and measuring what actually worked in the Kenyan market specifically. Tested, failed, iterated, and found what moved the needle.
C
First Clients and First ResultsBegan working with Nairobi businesses directly. Built landing pages, ran Google Ads campaigns, and started seeing consistent, measurable results. Each client taught me something new about the Nairobi buyer's behaviour.
D
The Dental BreakthroughWorked with One Touch Dental Clinic in Thika and took them from 5 new patients per month to 30+ in 90 days. That result validated the system and became the foundation of a repeatable dental marketing playbook deployed across 20+ clinics in Kenya.
E
Amiville Marketing TodayA focused, no-fluff digital marketing agency operating in Nairobi. Google Ads, SEO, web design and dental marketing — all personally managed by Daniel. No junior staff. No vanity metrics. No wasted budgets. Just results.
What You Actually Get

Working With Daniel Means Working With Daniel.

That sentence is the most important thing to understand about Amiville Marketing. You are not hiring a company. You are hiring a person — one who will be on WhatsApp when something needs attention, who will tell you the truth when a strategy isn't working, and who will never hide behind a junior account manager.

That level of access and accountability is rare in any industry. At Amiville, it's the standard.

🎯
Results, not reports
Every strategy I build is measured against one metric: paying customers acquired. Impressions and reach don't appear in my reports unless you ask for them — because they don't pay your staff.
📞
Always reachable
My phone is on. My WhatsApp is open. You will never wonder what's happening with your campaigns or wait five days for a reply to a simple question. Direct access is not a premium — it's the minimum standard.
🌍
Nairobi-native strategy
I understand Kenyan buyer psychology in practical, specific terms. Not theory — observation. The way Nairobi buyers search, the trust signals that move them, the friction that stops them. This context changes everything about how I build campaigns.
🔒
No lock-in. Ever.
Month-to-month on everything. You stay because the results keep you — not because a 12-month contract forces you to. If my work stops delivering, you should stop paying me. It's that simple.

Daniel's Personal Guarantee
"I personally oversee every strategy at Amiville. There is no junior account manager between you and me — it's me, reviewing your campaigns, checking your numbers, and on WhatsApp when you have a question. My reputation in Nairobi is built one client at a time, and I take that more seriously than any invoice."
