The Problem I Kept Seeing
I'd sit down with business owners — dental clinics, law firms, real estate agencies — who were genuinely brilliant at what they did. But their marketing? Either non-existent, or handled by agencies who charged a fortune and delivered dashboards full of impressive numbers that translated to zero actual customers.
The pattern was the same every time: great business, invisible online, frustrated owner.

When I'm not building marketing strategies, you'll find me hunting for Nairobi's best coffee (currently obsessed with a spot in Kilimani I'm not ready to share yet), reading about human psychology and behaviour, or having long conversations about entrepreneurship over a good meal.
