How quickly will I get a response? +
Form submissions are responded to within 48 hours. WhatsApp messages typically get a reply within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8AM–6PM EAT). If it's urgent, WhatsApp is always faster than the form. I personally review and respond to every single message — there is no assistant or bot filtering my inbox.
