Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start with Starter to get online quickly, then upgrade to Standard or Growth as confidence and revenue grows. Upgrade costs are the difference between packages — you don't pay again from scratch.
How do I pay? Is M-Pesa accepted?
Yes — M-Pesa is the primary payment method. Send 50% deposit to 0701 924 941 (Daniel Mukuha) and WhatsApp the screenshot to confirm. Work begins the same day. Balance is due on delivery when you approve the finished site.
What if I already have a website?
Book a free audit. I'll review your existing site and tell you honestly whether it needs a full rebuild or just specific improvements. If I can fix what's there, I'll tell you. If it's beyond saving, I'll explain why before taking any money.
I don't have photos or content. Is that a problem?
Not at all. I handle copywriting and source professional stock imagery as part of every package. You just need to give me the basic facts about your business — I'll craft the rest.
Why is your pricing lower than other agencies?
Because I don't have the overhead of a 10-person office, a business development team, and a sales manager on commission. I work lean and pass that saving directly to you. The quality isn't compromised — if anything, you get more because you're working directly with me, not a junior account executive.
